We encourage stakeholders to communicate with teachers and school staff, however, to minimize the disruptions to the educational environment the following procedures should be followed. 

• Contact with teachers/staff should be made before or after school.

• If communication is necessary during the school day, please work with office staff and they can give relay the message to the teachers/staff.

• Utilize email whenever possible, this is a great way to communicate with teachers/staff.

• DO NOT visit the classroom during the school day to talk with the teacher or with student(s).  This disrupts the education of all students.
